We’re full of the joys of spring at Funny Girls with the launch of our new show.

Let Betty Legs Diamond and her troupe of performers take you on a whirlwind tour of stage and screen – from the suave glamour of James Bond, to the cheeky fun and energy of Chicago, there will be plenty for you to singalong, clap along and get you in the mood for a good old knees up with DJ Zoe.

Why not make a night of it, by starting your evening with a meal in our restaurant before the show or upgrade your tickets to a VIP booth. Whatever you choose, you’ll leave with special memories and raucous laughter ringing in your ears!

Thwaites stepped in to support owner Basil Newby, who is taking a few months to recover following health issues. Whatever happens, Thwaites says the future looks positive for the club and its associated bars – and it is already getting set to launch its Hallowe’en shows later this month.

Andrew Buchanan, Director of Pubs and Brewing at Thwaites, said: “Funny Girls has been an important part of Blackpool’s night time scene for many, many years, and will be for many years to come.

Starring John Partridge and Adrian Zmed and featuring Marti Webb, this is a major new production of the West End and Broadway award winning musical extravaganza being staged at the Winter Gardens from Tuesday 21st February until Saturday 25th February.
